“Our top priority has always been, and will remain, the health and safety of our guests and team members,' Chief Operating Officer Chad Barnhill said in a prepared statement. “As we evaluate the evolving COVID-19 coronavirus situation, we are taking proactive measures to ensure our guests and team members are comfortable and confident visiting our gaming properties.”
In addition to daily cleaning of the gaming floors and common areas, Barnhill said a third party has been hired to sanitize surfaces daily with “advanced electrostatic sprayer technology.”
“This highly effective, non-toxic disinfectant (Clorox Total 360) will be used on all high-touch areas within the casino including slot machines, table games, chips and back of house areas,” Barnhill said.
Barnhill said JACK will monitor and follow guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization.
